"Checkout turned into way more stress than I expected"
Using the site was more frustrating than it should’ve been. Pages were loading slowly, and I felt like I had to dig around forever just to find simple things that should’ve been easy to spot.
The checkout process is where it really got annoying. After I logged in, my cart changed, the shipping details weren’t clear, and I didn’t get a solid order update right away. I was not expecting to feel stressed out over placing a basic order, but there I was, second-guessing whether everything even went through.
Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but my experience was just a hassle from start to finish. I probably wouldn’t order from here again unless they make the site and checkout process a lot less confusing.

"Kinda good value overall"
Prices are usually fair, and I really like the autoship savings. They’re not always the cheapest on every single item, but the quality and service kinda make it worth it for me. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

I tried this supplement for a few weeks, and uh, I didn’t notice any difference in my horse at all. The pellets were kind of dusty too, and after a bit he started leaving about half of it in the bucket. For the price, I was expecting better quality. I won’t be buying it again.

I had a quick question about my order and figured I’d be waiting around for a while, but customer service got back to me super fast. I was literally making coffee when the reply came in. They sorted it out right away and didn’t turn it into some huge back-and-forth thing, which I really appreciated. Super easy experience overall

"Shipping takes way too long"
i mean, the product is fine, but the shipping is just too slow. It never seems to arrive when it’s supposed to, which is really frustrating.

"Return was easier than I expected"
I had to send back a turnout sheet because I apparently guessed wrong on my mare’s size. I was expecting it to be one of those annoying return situations, but the main thing I remember is being relieved that it wasn’t complicated.
Customer service got back to me quickly and helped me figure out the return and replacement. I couldn’t tell you every tiny detail now, but I do remember there wasn’t any runaround or surprise fee, which is what mattered to me. Made the whole thing painless...
